Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we do. AKON Curtains ships to any location within the United States and Canada.
How much does shipping to Canada cost?
Unless otherwise specified by your sales person, shipping charges are not included in your quote.
The exact cost for shipping is not known until we receive the bill from our shipping carrier for shipping you your product, at which point we will charge you for the order, including those shipping costs. However, we can give you an estimate based on previous shipments of about the same size and weight. Simply ask your sales representative.
Can I use my shipping carrier account?
Yes. If you have an account with a shipping carrier such as UPS, FedEx, Conway, etc., then you can provide us with that account number, and we can ship your order on your account. If you intend to use your own carrier, we must be notified when you place your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
As a general rule, curtain track ships in about 3-4 work days, and curtains ship in about 7-12 work days. Transit time to Canada is in addition to that and depends on the carrier and your delivery location. If you need your order sooner, contact your sales representative to discuss options.
