We have had great luck with providing thousands of successful curtains to customers when they provide us a hand sketch of their design. An example of this would be like the image shown below. This leaves no room for miscommunication. If you are an amazon customer, you can text us the sketch/images (ask your account representative for a phone number) or you can use the amazon chat. Please keep in mind that you cannot upload images from your phone using Amazon, you must use a computer to login into amazon and then it allows you to add attachments.
