Issue: Rollers and binding and splice locations
Solution: If your rollers are binding where two tracks come together, then it can be one of the issues below. Please try these fixes and it should solve the problem.
Fix #1 - Loosen Up The Set Screws
During installation, some customers overtighten the set screws, and this pinches the track together at the splice, and it binds the rollers. These set screws should only be snugly tightened rather than very tight. Simply loosen them up a bit and try the rollers. If they still are binding, then you will probably have to perform step 2 below.

Fix #2 - Push Out or Pull In the Ends of The Track
Using a pair of pliers, gently squeeze the bottom track channel together to give the rollers more clearance. This procedure is shown in the video below. You can also try to push them out as well to see how that works. Keep a roller hook in your hand to test just like the video to make sure it is not binding.
